What is your return policy?

We hope you love your product and feel totally satisfied and happy with it! However, if there is a problem with the product, you can contact us within 7 business days from the day you receive your order at www.fantasyappealcosmetics.com with your order number ready, concerning a refund.
Please be advised that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES for the lipgloss.
